VCST Mexico ranks high in Great Place To Work positions!

We are thrilled to announce an exciting achievement at VCST Mexico! This year, our facility has been honored with the prestigious 'Great Place to Work' award. Attaining this distinction is a remarkable feat, deserving of hearty applause.

In order to secure this esteemed award, a substantial number of VCST Mexico team members participated in a comprehensive workplace satisfaction survey. The plant needed to attain an impressive average score of 70% or higher to be granted the 'Great Place to Work' certification. Additionally, VCST Mexico diligently provided an in-depth audit, showcasing the various initiatives and practices implemented to enhance the overall workplace environment for all.

There's even more cause for celebration! VCST Mexico has achieved a remarkable ranking, securing the 9th position among companies boasting more than 500 employees in the Bajio region of Mexico. This achievement solidifies our position as one of the premier workplaces in the region.
