Even with all the new challenges coming out of the vehicle electrification, we are front-runner in providing reliable solutions. We are a division of the BMT Group, an industrial, family-owned holding company, with various global market leaders among its subsidiary companies (e.g. BMT Aerospace, IGW & OMCO). The shared know-how within the BMT Group and our commitment to innovation makes us a powerful force in the automotive market.

Our automated high-volumes production plants have all key processes in-house, including heat and surface treatment. With our in-house fast prototyping, independently from our production facilities, you may count on quick services. NVH problems can be solved thanks to our patented solutions. So far, VCST has created over 30 patents and by implementing a smart and digital way of working we will be able to serve our customers even better.

With plants in Belgium, Germany, Romania, China & Mexico, VCST is close to customers all over the globe, giving them leverage and a sustainable global supply base.

VCST plant in Changzhou Our plant in Changzhou manufactures engine and transmission gears for the passenger car and truck markets. As from mid 2020, a new hyper-modern gear line is operational to serve our booming markets within the rail and industrial markets. Gear manufacturing here features high quality facilities and advanced processes, all under one roof.

Germany - Reichenbach

In Company plant in Reichenbach, Germany VCST Reichenbach we produce high precision aluminum valve blocks for safety-related automotive brake components. The annual output of the plant exceeds 5 million parts with a proven track record of reliability (delivery 100% and quality <10 ppm).

Mexico - León

Company plant in Leon, Mexico Our plant in León, México was installed in 2005 as a pioneer in machining for the automotive industry in the North-American region. We machine high technology mechanical components such as gears and shafts for the automotive market and provide heat treatment and surface treatment.

Company building Romania Alba A modern production plant located in a green environment, equipped with the newest technology in metal processing and heat treatments such as nitriding and case hardening. We produce gears for light and off-road vehicles. Active in the market since 2013.

USA - Zanesville - Ohio

IGW company building in Zanesville, USA IGW US is a small, diversified plant that envelopes almost all divisions of the BMT Group. We offer assembly and warehousing activities for our North-American based customers in the rail, automotive & industrial markets. For VCST, IGW US is especially a distribution plant.
